Shipping Cost Shown During Checkout

The shipping charges shown during checkout and on your online receipt are a close estimate of the final amount and are usually accurate, however, once your order has been packaged and weighted the actual charge may be slightly different thereby affecting the final amount charged to your credit card.

    What if my business is tax exempt?

    • If your business is located outside New York, you will not be charged sales tax
    • If your business is located inside New York State and is tax exempt you can contact Erie Medical prior to your purchase to avoid paying sales tax

    What Method of Payments are accepted?

    • We accept all major credit cards, checks, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay

    What is the Return Policy?

    • TERMS: Erie Medical Supplies will offer credit for: Unused/Unsterilized items, In the original packaging, and Requested within 30 calendar days from the date of the invoice.

      RESTOCKING FEES: Re-stocking fees apply

      RMA: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be needed prior to any returns being made. The RMA must be included on the shipping label and inside the return box along with the items.  Once an RMA has been issued, it is valid for 30 days, and the item(s) must be received in our warehouse within that time-frame.

      RETURN EXCEPTIONS: Special Orders: NO RETURNS for special order items, custom-made items, items that Erie Medical Supplies does not ordinarily stock, or were made per customer design or custom requests. Etching: NO RETURNS if items have been etched with customer logo and/or part number, and are returned for reasons other than quality issues or an error on the part of Erie Medical Supplies. Sterile: NO RETURNS for items or kits sold as Sterile, regardless of its condition. Coated or Insulated Instruments: NO RETURNS for ebonized (black coated) or insulated (blue LEEP/LLETZ) instruments.  Equipment: NO RETURNS will be accepted on all equipment and its accessories (rigid and flexible endoscopes, video scopes, cameras, light sources, sheaths, carts, monitors, chairs, cabinets, stroboscopes, microscopes, headlights, etc.).
